2. SMS and Text Messaging Program Terms

Lee Brothers Martial Arts offers a mobile messaging program to provide security verifications and appointment management.

  • Program Description: When you enter your mobile phone number on our website to schedule a tour or appointment, you opt-in to receive transactional text messages from Lee Brothers Martial Arts. These messages include one-time security verification codes to confirm your phone number and automated reminders regarding your scheduled appointments.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us and your upcoming scheduled appointments.

  • Cost & Carrier Disclosures: Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless service provider and plan. Lee Brothers Martial Arts does not charge a fee for receiving text messages, but your mobile service provider may impose charges.

  • Opt-Out / Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel or opt out of the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you re-enroll.

  • Customer Support & Help Instructions: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program or need assistance, reply HELP to any text message you receive from us, or contact our customer support team directly at friends@leebrothers.com.

  • Carrier Disclaimer: Wireless carriers (e.g., AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider.

  • Privacy: Your privacy is paramount. Collection, use, and protection of mobile information are governed strictly by our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared, sold, or leased to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
